That's why the Palm Beach County chapter of the Association of Fund-Raising Professionals will honor a trio of Palm Beachers at its annual Philanthropy Day Luncheon.
Ann Albert, Leo Albert and Susan G. Keenan are among the honorees for the 18th annual Change the World With a Giving Heart luncheon, which takes place Nov. 30 at The Ritz-Carlton."
