News & Broadcast - World Bank Staff Receive Outstanding Corporate Partner Award: "November 8, 2006—The World Bank Group received the Outstanding Corporate Partner Award last week in recognition of its leadership in philanthropy in the Washington, DC area. “The Washington region is at the forefront of philanthropy, and this is in no small part thanks to the generosity and dedication of leaders like the World Bank Group,” said Jeff Kost, President of American Fundraising Professionals in D.C., as he presented the award November 3 at the fifth annual National Capital Philanthropy Day."
