'Someone who plays a trumpet at a young age might play because of the passion they have for the instrument and maybe it's because at a young age their parents put a trumpet in their hands and told them 'you're going to play.' The same thing goes for philanthropy. In my case, my grandmother always taught me that it was better to give than to receive and that mentality stuck with me.' -Isaac Solano, North High School, 2008 Winner of Outstanding Youth in Philanthropy Award"

ISAAC IS MY YOUNGEST NEPHEW,AS HE IS ALSO THE YOUNGEST GRANCHILD ON HIS PATERNAL SIDE OF THE FAMILY.
I'M SO PROUD OF HIS ACCOMPLISHMENTS,AS I KNOW THAT
HE WILL BE A VERY SUCCESSFUL MAN & ONE DAY MAYOR OF DENVER !
THRU ALL OF THE CHALLENGES OF LIFE HE HAS HAD TO ENDURE IT IS WONDERFUL TO SEE HIM BECOME AN OVERCOMER INSTEAD OF ANOTHER STATISTIC.

I LOOK FORWARD TO CASTING MY VOTE FOR MAYOR, & TO SEE ALL THE LIVES HE WILL CHANGE & INSPIRE WHEN HE BECOMES A TEACHER, AS YOU CAN ALREADY SEE HE IS A GREAT "LEADER".

WITH ALL MY LOVE & HOPE FOR A SUCCESSFUL LIFE.
I LOVE YOU ISAAC...
YOUR AUNT MARY SOLANO-BUSTAMANTE
