Dixon will receive the Philanthropist of the Year award from the Central Pennsylvania Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals during the chapter’s National Philanthropy Day banquet at the Sheraton Harrisburg-Hershey Hotel at 11:30 a.m. Nov. 17."
