The Daily News Record: Top News: "HARRISONBURG — The Shenandoah Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals today will recognize three local residents and a Weyers Cave-based company for their philanthropic efforts.

According to chapter officials, Judith Strickler, Betty Blough Martin, Richard R. J. Morin and Houff Transfer, Inc., will be recognized for their 'outstanding' philanthropic pursuits by demonstrating 'exceptional civic and charitable responsibility.'

The honorees will be recognized at an event at noon in James Madison University’s Festival Center. The event is sponsored by the association and a host of local businesses, colleges and media outlets, including the Daily News-Record."
