BillingsGazette.com :: Two recognized for fundraising: "Riggs and Parker have been recognized by the local chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals for their efforts to raise money for Montana State University-Billings. They will be formally honored at a Nov. 15 dinner and awards ceremony.
Parker was named the 2006 Outstanding Volunteer Fundraiser, while Riggs was voted the year's Outstanding Professional Fundraising Executive."
