The Association of Fundraising Professionals of Western Pennsylvania celebrates National Philanthropy Day on Tuesday at Soldiers & Sailors Museum in Oakland. organizations and individuals will be honored as the association kicks off its 25th anniversary. Registration will be at 3:30 p.m. The awards presentation and cocktail reception will be at 4 p.m. The cost is $40 per person."
